September 13,14,16
After Barbara and Grandpa's trip to Hungary and Slovakia, they were anxious to see Samuel again. Barbara returned to work on Thursday, September 13, Kirk's birthday.Grant joined us and we met Kirk for lunch at the Parliament Pub. Of course, we talked about Sam.
On Friday night, we stopped in at K&K&S's for a short visit. We checked our the bathroom updates. Ross was over so we had two little boys to play with.
Samuel demoed his new potty skills - bravo!
For supper, Barbara had made some Hungarian goulash. Then we celebrated Kirk's birthday with a rasberry pie - lots of good candle blowing!
As usual, Sam enjoyed a long bath.
On Sunday, on our way home from the cottage, Grant and Kirk moved the washer and dryer from the basement to the new downstairs bathroom - a success! Our boy will keep these appliances busy.
